Appetizers
Popcorn Chicken
A favorite among kids, sliced chicken breast marinated with chopped garlic, ginger, fennel, cloves and star anise. Thinly coated with flour and deep fried with Thai basil leaves and served with honey chili dipping sauce.
Marquis Spring Rolls
Pork and shrimp. Handrolled to order with choice of protein, vermicelli noodle, Thai basil, mint leaves, cilantro and lettuce. A hand wrapped with gluten free, non gmo rice paper. Monarch signature peanut plum sauce for dipping.
Monarch Fries
Our most popular appetizer starts off by braising oxtail in our pho broth for 6 hours until the meat is fall off the bone tender. We then pan fry the oxtail meat with white onions and garlic and top it over a bed of shoestring french fries. Our signature monarch aioli sauce is drizzled over the top.
Vietnamese Chicken Wings
Not your average chicken wing, our deep fried chicken wings have a unique taste of sweetness from honey, butter and lime balanced with roasted garlic, fish sauce and white pepper.
Baguette and Pate
A traditional French appetizer, our baguettes are baked daily with a crispy crust and soft interior. The baguette is served toasted and sliced along with a 78 g can of pate de foie imported from france.
Garlic Fries
Thinly sliced russet potatoes deep fried with minced garlic, flat leaf parsley and topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped green onions.
Fried Crispy Egg Rolls
Handrolled rice paper wrapped around ground pork, ground shrimp, wood ear mushrooms, bean thread noodles and cabbage deep fried to perfection
Vegan Spring Rolls

Vegan Eggrolls
A delicious blend of taro, jicama, tofu, wood ear mushrooms, cabbage, carrots and bean thread noodles. Hand wrapped and deep fried to perfecrtion. Served with homemade fysh sauce.

Filet Mignon Pho (Large)
Pho bo. Sliced filet mignon and braised beef with fresh gluten free rice noodles and monarch beef broth. Our beef broth is made to perfection by simmering our fresh ingredients, beef stock and our signature marinated oxtail. Pho is our specialty and we make it fresh every day. Our pho broth is packed with flavor from simmering fresh daikon, charred white onions, fresh ginger root, star anise, coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, cloves, fennel seeds, black peppercorns, sea salt, rock sugar and fish sauce seaweed is used as an alternative in our vegan pho. Our pho bowls are served with Thai basil, bean sprouts, fresh lemon wedges, sliced jalapenos, red chili paste and plum sauce.
Ginger Chicken Pho (Large)
Pho ga. Shredded free range chicken with fresh gluten free rice noodles and monarch chicken broth. We only use free range chicken in our pho because chickens from major meat distributors are pumped full of unhealthy chemicals and antibiotics.
Vegan Pho (Large)
Pho chay. Marinated tofu, mushrooms, fresh gluten free rice noodles and monarch vegan broth. Our healthy vegan broth is made from scratch only using fresh vegetables, fruits and spices.
Filet Mignon Pho (Small)
Our filet mignon pho in a smaller size. Sliced filet mignon and braised beef with fresh gluten free rice noodles and monarch beef broth. Our most popular dish starts off by marinating cubed filet mignon with honey, gluten free soy sauce, lime and crushed garlic. Pan fried over high heat with white onions and bell peppers caramelizing all flavors together, served with monarch side salad and jasmine rice.
Mama's Chicken Yellow Curry
Mom's famous recipe filled with contrasting flavors of saffron and bay leaves, a kick of spice of cinnamon and paprika and balanced with the sweetness of japanese yams, taro, and kombucha pumpkin. Slowly cooked in coconut milk with chicken breast. Served with choice of baguette, jasmine rice, vermicelli noodles or steamed cabbage.
Buddha Stir Fry
Choice of pork or chicken. A healthy traditional vietnamese dish filled with freshly chopped vegetables and your favorite protein. Choice of marinated grilled pork or chicken pan fried with string beans, mushrooms, white onions, bell peppers, sliced cabbage, carrots, jalapenos and minced garlic. Served with monarch side salad and jasmine rice.
Vermicelli Bowl
Choice of pork or chicken. Choice of grilled lemongrass pork or grilled lemongrass chicken served with sliced crispy egg rolls over a bed of fresh vermicelli noodles, chopped lettuce, cucumbers, pickled carrots and topped with crushed peanuts. Served with lemon chili fish sauce.
Oxtail Fried Rice
We start by braising oxail in our pho broth for 6 hours until the meat is fall off the bone tender and loaded with traditional pho flavors. The oxtail meat is pan fried to perfection with jasmine rice, sweet onions and scallions.
